Zumba (Zoom-Bah) is a popular fitness program inspired by Latin and International dances. Are you interested in burning over 500 calories in an hour, while having a party? Zumba is exercise in disguise, it will get your heart pumping, de-stress you, energizes and helps you build endurance. It provides an amazing core workout while working on other parts of the body as well. You won't need to know how to dance, there are usually 3 or more steps that you'll repeat with each dance and the more you do it the easier it will become to master. Both men and women of all ages participate in this workout and all bring their own flavor and style. So... "Ditch the workout and join the party!!"

Corey Daniels is a certified teaching professional through the United States Professional Tennis Association. Corey specializes in Jr. Tennis and has been instrumental in developing Jr. Tennis in the Hemet/San Jacinto Valley for the past 12 years. He has brought the Quickstart method to the Little Tennis 1 & 2 classes, where smaller courts and appropriate size racquets and balls are used.

Children in this age category need to have wonderful first time experiences so they will want to come back and continue to enjoy tennis throughout their lives. Tennis can help create a healthy lifestyle. The Tots class uses age appropriate equipment to emphasize safety and fun. This class builds self-esteem and enhances cooperative play and body awareness through movement and hand eye patterns. Bring water and tennis shoes, racquets are provided.

This class is the perfect way to get their horsy fix. We start every class by giving our wonderful horses carrots. Then, we warm up by stretching our muscles to music. Next, is the horse time, where we will be working on rider seat and other fun moves on our specially trained horse. Last, we do a little brushing with our cute pony Zack. This class is 30 minutes long and is customized for two and three year olds. Tots will gain balance, body awareness, coordination, and self-confidence. Parent involvement is required.
