Zumba (Zoom-Bah) is a popular fitness program inspired by Latin and International dances. Are you interested in burning over 500 calories in an hour, while having a party? Zumba is exercise in disguise, it will get your heart pumping, de-stress you, energizes and helps you build endurance.

It provides an amazing core workout while working on other parts of the body as well. You won't need to know how to dance, there are usually 3 or more steps that you'll repeat with each dance and the more you do it the easier it will become to master. Both men and women of all ages participate in this workout and all bring their own flavor and style. So... "Ditch the workout and join the party!!"

Horse Crazy Tiny Tots
Is your 2 or 3 year old horse crazy?
This class is the perfect way to get their horsy fix. We start every class by giving our wonderful horses carrots. Then, we warm up by stretching our muscles to music. After, the tots learn a few moves, on our barrels (fake horses), that they will be doing on a real horse. Next, is the horse time, where we will be working on rider seat and other fun moves on our specially trained horse. Last, we do a little brushing with our cute pony Zack. This class is 30 minutes long and is customized for two and three year olds. Tots will gain balance, body awareness, coordination, and self-confidence. Parent involvement is required.
